I’ve been a champagne lover, at some times an eager champagne drinker some other times not so much. A few weeks back I happened to visit the Moet & Chandon home in Reims, Champagne. Learning how it is all produced, checking out the spaces where each process takes place, and enjoying a tasteful tasting as well. It is cold down there, but it is the required temperature. It is huge, I can’t quite remember the number of kilometers that all the halls down there amount to (must have been the tasting that made me forget the facts), but it is huge, and lovely.
